well, ive so desperately wanted to say somewhere on the site that i do not consider myself any kind of photographer. i mean, ive looked at alot of other peoples photos and it think they are great. i was initially using this site to get images that i could use for mix cd covers.

iused to make home made music videos with a camcorder and a state-of-the-art (at the time)vhs recorder. I remember it had a SLOW function in which i could adjust the speed of the image.
i used to do alot in black and white because it was easier to manipulate better than color. you could cheat alot, just getting a brighter or duller bulb, or putting a hallway light on instead of a lamp...i think i was pretty good at it too. im hoping that i can transfer that to photographs

My friend has a Canon EOS 20D. She is someone i would call a very good photographer and i learned a little from her while in japan. I dont have a camera of my own but i got to use it on our trip, which was a blast! We were there for almost a month and took an average of over 125 photos a day.
There is soo much to tell about the trip. ill try to with photos here and there.
